Anyone know if there's an Omega 4.2 version out?

Not as yet, site last updated Feb 5 (as of today Friday 13th), I'm sure
it'll take a few days!

Whats changed in it ?? i hope it did some X2 The Threat tweaks :)

Nothing about X2 :( hope it fixes it alittle anyway :(

What CPU do you have and have you got an Empire up and runnung yet :)

Athlon XP 2000+ on an SiS735 ECS Motherboard.

Is X2 just slow for you or is it crashing etc?

If it's just a little slow, simply turn OFF shadows. It will do wonders.
You have to tweak the graphics in the game to your particular machine as
this game is graphics intensive.

Not sure what you mean by "Empires". Do you mean AOE? If so, I do not use
that anymore. Im into C&C Generals at the min.

Ive got everything turned off still slow.

Empire in meaning ships, Factorys Fleets Empire :)

Oh OK. Well I only have two stations and a centaur. Damn kauk keep
knocking off my freighters so Im too busy chasing them away at the moment.

I plan on settling in either the now empty President's End sector or one of
the Unknown sectors. Haven't decided yet.

This game takes time and dedication. Im really getting into it though.

Antiscopic filtering off?

Do you have the 1.2 patch?

What was your hardware again?

I only ask because it should run well unless you lack CPU, memory or have a
configuration problem.
