Ca't open TIF Files with Windows Fax Viewer

I am unable to view images w/ fax viewer. I open and
there is no image. What is the problem? I can view the
thumnails in my email but when I open there is nothing
there. Why can't I open TIF files. I currently have
Windows XP Home Edition.

What is the App which is opening the TIF file? How did you get or create
this TIF file? Is it a sent fax or a received fax?
If you want to me to look further, and are comfortable, can you please send
the TIF file to Russ Valentine (e-mail address removed)

Are you using Microsoft Fax on XP? In XP, there is no means of sending your
received faxes to email, so I am wondering how you are seeing thumbnails in
your mail anyway?
To view your faxes you can use the Fax Client Console.
