I was lucky to win 2 tickets for last night's charity performance (after the one The Queen went to) of the new James Bond film Casino Royale in London.

The papers today are raving about how well Daniel Craig portrays 007 James Bond and he is very good, may be one of the best. No gadgets, no Q & No Moneypenny, But plenty of one-liners. The film starts with action and ends in action & the bits in between are awesome.

It goes on general release on Friday and it really is worth going to see it.

Very good night, only downside was film started at 1140pm & finished at 2am!

Only downside was paying £15 for the car park!
But the plus was getting the tickets from entering the Sunday Telegraph’s Bond competition, it’s the 1st time I have won something like this, oh and I have also entered the competition to win a real full size DB5, now that would be very nice to win.

Got back from the premier tonight, was a brilliant film!!! Had to leave the party early because Becky has work tomorrow, but made a very big faux pas There were quite a few C-list celebs there, one of the cast of Holby City was right behind us at the bar whilst I talk about how that was the best that was the best celebrity that turned up (not actually realising they could hear it all). Oops.

I saw this last Friday with my gf, and she really really really really liked him... er..it.

I found it an entertaining movie. Nice to get your moneys worth on a 2.5 hour movie... but then it seems like you guys had a whole experience, as opposed to just watching the film!

I did find it hard to avoid shaking my head when he recovers from a heart-attack, like a dog recovers from a fall.
Also, how he seemed 'very slightly' out of breath after his frantic underwater struggle.
But then it's a movie, not just a movie; but BOND!

Regarding the new actor.... he does ok I guess.
But it's got to be an easy role to play? ".... ok, now you're good at everything, cocky too."

Too easy to be critical I suppose. I think we'll see him in a few Bond movies yet.
Overall verdict?
