Regards the case SRX031025602284

I was able to get rid of a very persistent bit of spie
software regarding the ......4search.com [DO NOT go there..]
running out of Chezkoslovakia. It envolved using the
shreader exe from this site
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/cwshredder.zip

further info from here;
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/cwschronicles.html

HOWEVER, I am still having problems with IExplorer 6.0 and
need to know how to uninstall then reinstall it. PLEASE can
anyone help?....I still cannot get blank or secondary
windows to open off of hyper links, and speaking of links,
some will have addresses mysteriously added in temporarily
from time to time that will take me to Adult sites working
out of Eastern Europe....I was able to simply repair my
Windows media player by reinsatlling it, BUT, I do not know
how to reinstall IExp 6.0 ....PLEASE HELP.... and if you
are a board manager please forward my concern using the
above case number.... I cannot get in using that case
number; case SRX031025602284
