Cascading Program List

I recently installed Dragon NaturallySpeaking software on a friends'
computer. He has a debilitating disease which will eventually prevent
him from using his hands to operate computer. The Dragon product, along
with having an excellent speech to text algorithm, also has the ability
to control the computer itself. If, for instance, he says "start
(pause) programs", a partial list of programs appears on the screen. In
order to see the entire list, it's necessary to click on the down arrows
at the bottom of the list. I recall once seeing a patch, which when
once applied, would present a multicolumn list of all programs available
without having to do any further clicking. If he could see the entire
list, he can just say the name of the program, and it will launch. Can
anyone direct me to where I might find this patch?

Thank you.

Right click on the Taskbar, Properties, Start Menu,
if using XP style menu, Customize, Advanced, uncheck Scroll Programs.
if using Classic style menu, Customize, uncheck Scroll Programs.

Thanks, but that's not it. I AM using Classic Style, and Scroll
Programs IS unchecked.
