Card Stock for Samsing Laser Printer ML-1710?

I want to print jackets for my CDs using my laser printer (Samsung
ML-1710), so I bought some 110lb card stock a Staples. The manual for
my printer says it supports up to ~43lb stock.

Has anyone tried using >43lb paper? Will I ruin the printer if I try
to use 60lb or 110lb stock?

I tried to print on Epson matte paper heavyweight on the new Samsung
color laser with the help of the Samsung rep and the thick paper
(44lb.) jammed in the printer
