Capturing Video using MyDVD 4.0.2

I get the message "No video decoder available for this stream type (DVD Err, -47003)" when trying to capture video using MyDVD 4.0.2. MyDVD's support says it may help to update the video card drivers or the video capture card. How do I find the right updates and where do I find them? Of do you have another solution for this problem?
