capturing audio without the video

I want to use the audio from one clip to play over the top
of another clip. Is there any way I can just capture the
audio????
 
Sure, just drag the clip down to the audio/music track, and MM2 will just
use the audio from it

Hi, I'm having the same problem i want to use the audio
of one shot over the visuals of another. did anyone get
back to you with a solution?
