Caps Lock

i want to deactivate the caps lock key by pressing shift
but i can't find the configdialogue where i can do so

plz help

Are you really sure you want to do this anyway as you will then have no
effective shift key on your keyboard?

nono, i mean the way it was in Win98 (and in win2k you
just had to configure it)
that you activate caps by pressing it, and deactivate by
pressing shift
and of course that the shift key shifts the letters too

Not at all where one would expect it - at Regional and Language options
- Languages page, click Details (thus getting to where you choose
keyboard layout) and click Key Settings
