CAPLOCK AND UNDERLINE KEEP COMING ON

My boss keeps running into an issue where even though he doesn't have
caplocks on nor UL button clicked his emails come out with capitals and
underlines. I can reply to him and turn off the formatting and my message
looks good until I hit send to him then it reverts back to his underlines and
caplocks. What is that? Is he infected?

If he's using Word as email editor, have him disable that and see if the
problem recurs.
Also make sure he's using HTML or Plain Text (not Rich Text).

Additionally, if using Word as the editor, have him rename normal.dot to
..old with Word/Outlook closed.
