Can't view files

I can't view (or use) several new files that I've saved
to my web folder(s; however, they exist in My Documents.
(they are .doc and pdf files).
 
It sounds like you just copied the files to your web folders. You can't
do it that way. Open the web, and then IMPORT the files into the web.
