Cant view email in draft folder

I am attempting to save a email to my draft folder. I
press the save button and it says that it is saved, but
when I click my draft folder and open it, no email is
visible. I called the help desk and they called the mail
team. The mail team says they can see emails in my draft
folder but I cant see those drafts on my pc.

Check your View settings. It might be set to only display unread items.
