Can't view e-mails in html format

With Outlook 2003 I cannot view e-mails sent to me in html format. The
newsletter "Inside Microsoft Office" is sent in html but I cannot view that.
Other newsletters I receive can be configured to be sent in "plain text"
only but why can't I view html e-mails in Outlook?

I guess this is a security setting in Outlook but I cannot find it. With
Outlook Express I can view html e-mails without any problem.

Please help.

I don't know exactly what problem you are having, but I am having a similar
issue.

I have the reading pane turned on. When I click on an HTML message, nothing
shows up in the reading pane. If I double click on the message, nothing
shows up in the new window. If I reply to or forward the message, then I
can see the entire body.

Anyone have any idea why nothing shows up until I reply or forward?

Thanks,
Marc
