HTML e-newsletters for Outlook 2003

In Outlook 2003 there are some e-newsletters that I can view in the graphical
version of HTML and there is only one version that I cannot view the
graphical version. The e-newsletter I am referring to is MacMall
[[email protected]]. I have emailed them and they have reset how I have
choosed to view and which email program I am using also. The recent MacMall
e-newsletter still showed up as the text version of HTML instead of the
graphical version of HTML. I went through the options of how I want to view
HTML formatted emails. I want this thing to be corrected.

How is the message being displayed when you loging to webmail provided by
your ISP?

I forward it to myself and it shows up as the raw HTML instead of the
Graphical version of HTML. Soon, as I get another MacMall e-newsletter again
I will check the webmail version before I check the Outlook 2003 version.

Roady,

Today (1-30-07), I received a MacMall e-newsletter and it shows up fine in
the webmail version. When, I took and downloaded it it shows up as the raw
HTML version. Hope you will see this and give me some help in figuring it
out.

Are you using 3rd party mail scanning software like for instance a virus
scanner that integrates with Outlook? If so, disable this integration and
try again.

Also, is the message being received in your Inbox and not in the Junk E-mail
folder? Additionally check at the top of the message if Outlook hasn't
marked it as a phising mail. If it has marked it as such there will be a red
information bar at the top telling you this and the message is being
converted to Plain Text.

I am using a virus scanner called AVG Free Edition. As of this post/reply I
have disabled it.

I have added the MacMall's e-newsletters email address in my contacts list
and in the safe senders list of Junk E-mail Options.

The next MacMall e-newletter I get I will post back again.
