Can't use windows, logged off automatically

I recieve:

A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking
the license for this computer. Error code: 0x8007007e.

When I try to log onto my computer. This error logs me
back out, so I cannot get into registry editor to repair
the problem. How can I overcome this problem? I can get
into the repair console.

Please help

Hi Chriso,

Boot into Safe mode by hitting F8 at startup. If you can get in this way,

Start/run 'regsvr32 regwizc.dll'
Then start/run 'regsvr32 licdll.dll'

Then retry starting normally.
