Can't use IE to browse website and OE to recieve email - need help

Dear All,

I have a problem and need your help urgently.

The problem is :

1. I can use 56K modem dail up and success connect to my ISP

2. BUT I can't use IE connect to internet (browse website) and can't use OE
to receive email. -- always say can't connect to ISP service ! AND a
website link appear ( http://67.15.70.15/~block/****blonde.html/)

3. I have use Adware, AVG, CWShredder are no help. When use HijackThis it
come out something but I don't know how to select.

Can you please advise how to solve this problem ?

Post your HijackThis log here and I am sure that someone will be able
to help you interpreting the data.

You need to make sure you are doing all scans with updated removal tools
in Safe Mode. HijackThis is a great tool, but it does require expert
skill to interpret correctly. We ask that you don't post your HJT logs
in the MS newsgroups. Here are links to help you with HJT, including a
tutorial and places to post the logs. Make sure you read all posting
