Can't use IE and OE - need help!

Dear All,

I have a problem and need your help urgently.

The problem is :

1. I can use 56K modem dail up and success connect to my ISP

2. BUT I can't use IE connect to internet (browse website) and can't use OE
to receive email. -- always say can't connect to ISP service ! AND a
website link appear ( http://67.15.70.15/~block/****blonde.html/)

3. I have use Adware, AVG, CWShredder are no help. When use HijackThis it
come out something but I don't know how to select.

Can you please advise how to solve this problem ?

PS. Download application called Spybot. It is a freeware. It will likely get rid of the worm(s) you got on your computer.
