Can't type in blank page

All various type of PP pages working fine except blank page, it freeze and
won't allow me to type. Any advise from the pro will be greatly appreciated

What are you typing the text into? If there is no text placeholder or
inserted textbox then perhaps PowerPoint does not know where to place your
text.
