Can't turn out of office message off

I can't turn the out of office message off. Get error saying "Microsoft
Office Outlook cannot run the add-in. This feature is not currently
installed. Would you like to install it now?" But when I click yes it asks
me to insert the MS Office 2000 Premium disc ... which I don't have ... the
machine is running Outlook 2003 SP2.
 
Are you running Outlook with an Exchange account?
Are you still using features of Office 2000? If not remove the rest of the
suite via Control Panel-> Add/Remove Programs
If you still get the error afterwards run a repair on Office 2003.
