Can't Transmit Windows Mail messages

I am having a problem with e-mail messages that I am transmitting in that
they are getting hung up in the Outbox. This has only started to happen
recently. I've down loaded the WMUTIL and everytime I open the utility the
"Database Utilities" icons are "grayed out". Only the "File Utilities" are
operable. I did performed the "end task" as suggested in the instructions
but, still unable to access the Database Utilities.
I am able to delete the Outbox messages except one that keeps coming up with
a "Message could not be displayed" error.

Would appreciate some suggestions or, help in resolving this problem

There seems to be something about the word "download" on a web site
that turns off a users brain when they click on it.

Try reading and following the instructions on the website.

(That's what they are there for and Steve even wrote them in large text
and put them in a red box!)

Just before doing the 'end task', click on "Show processes from all users."
Make sure all instances of WinMail.exe disappear from Task Manager.

Thanks, Gary,
I did what you said in the "end task" and I was able to access the database
repair tools. Everything seems to be working fine now.
