cant subscribe to newsgroups.

Need help please.
Whenever i try to subscribe to any newsgroups an error
message comes up saying;
confriguration
protocol nntp
secure(ssl):0
code 80004005.
Could someone please advise.

Contact your ISP or go to their website and click on "Help." You need to
find out how to configure Outlook Express to connect to your ISP's news
server.
