Can't submit suspected spyware

I am unable to submit suspected spyware to you. It says to look at my proxy
settings. I have no idea what to do. I'm on XP and have service pack 2.
Can anyone tell me what I'd need to adjust to do it and if it will leave me
vulnerable in any way?

Hi Paula,

Is a bug with the proxy.
Posting in these groups is the mechanism available to us. Microsoft does
read these groups, and feedback here does get incorporated into the further
work on the product.

Thanks. As long as someone looks at it. I just worry that they won't get
the right info from me that way though!
