Can't stop sending data

For some reason, whenever I connect to the Internet, my
computer starts sending massive amounts of data and
doesn't quit no matter how long I'm connected. The
Connection Status window shows far more bytes being sent
than received even though I'm not doing anything inside
the browser window. A task display shows that "DLLHOST"
is using about 2-3% CPU, all other tasks are using nothing.
Any ideas??

Update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan.
