cant start WINDOWS

I just got this PC and it came with windows XP but
windows will not build it says problem preventing windows
from checking license for this computer,I dont know what
to do and cant even get into safe mode? Please someone
help!!
 
Hi

May I suggest that you contact your PC supplier for some help - if it is a
new PC. They will be able to tell you about the license.
