Can't start ICS on my connection

Hey,

I've been trying to set up ICS on my home network for a while now. However,
every time I go to the Advanced tab on my connection's properties, it crashes
Explorer! It is fine with all of the other tabs, except this one. It works
fine on my laptop, but I want my desktop PC to be the server. Can anyone
offer any ideas, or know how to start ICS using the registry?
