Cant start Application Layer Gateway Service ALG

Hi
I Cant start Application Layer Gateway Service
Neither "automatik" or manual.
Ned to use the ICS.
How do i troubleshot this problem

Tell us more about what happens when you attempt to start this
service.
Make sure that all dependency services are running: right-click the
ALG service > Properties > Dependencies.
