Can't sign up on giganews site: help needed!

Hi,

Yesterday I tried to sign up for the giganews service but there was a
problem with my credit card and it kept rejecting the sign up. After a
few attempts it suddenly said "sign up not allowed" and wouldn't even let
me try to go through the sign-up procedure.

The problem with my card has been sorted out but I still keep getting the
"sign up not allowed message". Giganews say they're not blocking my ip
address or anything so anybody have any idea what's stopping me from
signing up?

Already have done they say they're not blocking me at their end and don't
seem to be able to help.

I had same thing. I forgot to pay credit card bill. Used another card and it worked fine. And reset real fast.
Make sure you paid bill.

I am having trouble talking to individuals. But maybe they are blocking me.
