Can't Sign Out of MSN Passport Acct. from this Newsgroup

Has anyone had trouble signing out of this site? I even followed the
instructions for deleting all my temporary internet files and all of my
cookies. This seems rediculous. I came here to solve one problem and
created another one. AGGGHHH!

Any ideas? Another problem . . . my browser doesn't seem to want to send my
complaint to MSN or there's a problem with the link from their "Passport"
support site / link. I filled out the form but just get a message to refresh
my browser or try again later. I'm very annoyed with Microsoft today. Any
help or ideas would be appreciated.

Also, is this a security issue for me since I can't sign out? I never turn
off my computer without signing out of a site.

Yes, the passport signout is having sever problems.
