Can't Shutdown

Just installed Windows 2000 XP and cannot shut down the
computer. Restarts fine but will not shutdown, just keeps
restarting.

Did you install Windows 2000 or Windows XP? They are two different operating
systems.

If you installed Windows XP, have a look at this:
