Ever since I installed service pack 4 for win2k pro the following
happens.
After running and printing documents successfully with Word 2002, I've
tried to shutdown the computer and it keeps on hanging up in the
"saving your settings" window. I have to press the reset button on the
CPU box and get win2k up and running again then I can successfully
shutdown the computer. THIS ONLY HAPPENS WHEN PRINTING DOC'S IN WORD
2002, OTHER THEN THAT THE COMPUTER SHUTS DOWN OK.
I have looked frantically for any patch files or info regarding this
occurance. Does anyone have any ideas of what it might be or any
suggestions I can do to render this problem once and for all.
Thanks Hart
