can't share internet

I set up a small office network using XP. The network
works fine but I can't share the internet connection of
the host computer. I am supposed to go to network
connections and right click on the internet connection
and go to properties to enable it. However, when I click
on properties nothing happens. Also, if I click
on "Change setting for this connection" nothing happens.

Any thoughts?

On Network Connections try clicking the "Set up a home or
small office network" on the left hand side
under "Network Tasks". You might have already dont this
but its just a thought

Thanks, but I have have run through that many times
thinking I might have missed something.

when you enable internet conneciton sharing your host PC
ip chages to 192.168.0.1 so make sure your other PC has an
IP from that subnet (192.168.0.3) and has a gateway of
192.168.0.1.


should work fine after that
