Can't share files/printers with Windows XP Home Edition

Here's my setup:
1) Two Windows XP Home Edition computers
2) Connected through Dlink router/firewall
3) Both Windows computers configured to use router as
gateway
4) IP addresses dynamically assigned by router (DHCP)
5) Running ZoneAlarm Pro on both computers in "Trusted
Zone" allowing sharing of files/printers.

Here's the message I get when I click "View workgroup
computers" "Foonet is not accessible. You might not have
permissions to use the network resources..."

The list of services for this network is not currently
available."

Here is what I see under "Network Connections":
Internet Gateway with "Internet Connection" enabled
LAN or High-Speed Internet with "Linksys" enabled.

I can ping either computer and the router. I've also
disabled and even deinstalled ZoneAlarm with no
difference in behavior.

ICF in disabled on both computers.
I used the network wizard to set up both computers and
have checked the adapter properties to ensure File and
Printer Sharing are enabled.

I've also checked the router/firewall to see if it is
blocking any protocols. All seem to be enabled on the
inside network.

Any ideas?

Thanks
