Can't share files, printers etc. with wireless laptop and wired PC

I have a D-Link DI624 wireless router connected to the internet through a high speed cable modem. I have 2 computers connected to the router. The first is my PC which is running XP pro (upgraded from 2000 pro using NTFS), the second is a laptop using 802.11g internal wireless card. I have configured a "workgroup" using TCP/IP for both computers, but I continue to get errors stating "access is denied" when i open "View Workgroup Computers" from My Network Places.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I know it's simple, but... make sure you have file sharing turned on. Sometimes its the obvious stuff that gets overlooked.
