Can't share file with Domain user

Can't change Permission or Security setting for a shared folder to a Domain
user. OS is XP Pro w/ DHCP network w/ Domain, Logon server W2K. File and
print sharing - on. Simple file sharing - off. Can see only the Local machine
users.
 
Please try this question on the windowsxp.network_web and
windowsxp.security_admin newsgroups.
