can't sent email

I useoutlook express 6 and can recieve emails but when I try to send it askes
for user name and password and will not accept the only ones I have ever had.
Any suggestions please?

As you are using the web interface, look under Internet Explorer for
Outlook Express groups. Outlook is part of Office, OE is part of
Internet Explorer.
