can't send/receive anything

Keep getting a message that says

The host 'mail.proteamhd.com' could not be found. Please verify that you
have entered the server name correctly.

POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number:

The domain registrar for Proteamhd.com indicates that the domain
registration is on 'hold'. That usually means that the renewal fee hasn't
been paid and is overdue.
