Can't send photos

When I try to send photos, I get the message, OE has
removed access to the following unsafe attachments in
your mail:ATT0032.dat.emailing
Can anyone help? Please?

Try this...Open OE and go to...

Tools / Options / Security tab...

Uncheck..."Do Not Allow Attachments etc, etc"
Apply / OK.
