cant send outgoing mail for aol account

Server name and port # are both wrong : -----
In the Outgoing mail server field, enter: smtp.aol.com.
In the Outgoing mail (SMTP): field, change the number that displays to 587
In the Outgoing Mail Server section, click the My server requires
authentication check box.

It says Outlook Express. It'll work with Windows Mail

You need to change the SMTP server name, the port number, and uncheck SSL...
