Last week I started to have a problem with reveiving email from a POP3
account. I have several email accounts I use Outlook with. The Error messages
Im getting on receiving messages is this

Task 'mail.XXXXXXXX.Com (1) - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The
connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact
your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server
responded: +OK 3503 octets'

Im on a wireless connection and Ive changed locations several times. Its not
a problem with the ISP server. Im thinking its a problem with my web account
but the server is telling me its an Outlook problem. Any Ideas what is going
on

THanks Brian, Ive thiught of that and tried that, no good. I have found that
useing another computer I can get the mail, so the mail server is not a
problem. Is there something you can think of that can help to get it to work
this side of reinstalling the program

Did you completely uninstall the AV program and reinstall without the mail
integration option? Some AV programs require that.

You could try a new mail profile, but I'm not sanguine that that will cure
it.
