Cant Send or Receive mail

Can anyone help my account stopped working last night and i get the
following message

The connection to the server has failed. Account:
'www.apexliftservices.co.uk', Server: 'www.apexliftservices.co.uk',
Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0E

Rob, if it was working alright until last night then maybe your provider
is having server trouble, it does happen.

Make a careful note of you present settings before changing anything and
call whoever provides your email service to see if they changed anything.
