can't send or receive emails

myoutlook email is not working I keep getting the following error message and
can log directly into my mail server so I now that my username and password
are correct

Account: 'mail.comcast.net ', Server: 'mail.comcast.net', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '-ERR invalid username/password', Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92
 
Gordon If you read my situation I wrote that I am using the correct username
and password.
I can log into my comcast email just not out look

again error code reads:
