Can't send or delete large email file in outlook

I tried to send an email with jpeg attachments. the email ended up being too big. 14 M. & now it is permanently resident in my personal out box & Outlook keeps trying tto send the message (via hotmail account) and comes back with an error message. When I try to delete or open the file to modify it, Outllook says, "file too large to open or delete.

How can I delete this problem file???

Create a new .pst file and make it the default. Close and reopen Outlook -
delete the mail from the outbox.

I too, have created the same problem. Where and how would
you create this .pst file? Is it possible to recall or
cancel delivery of this message(s)?
