cant send mail

Hi
I can receive mail but cant send mail and it shows errors like this
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject 'Fw: Next Week and Documents', Account:
'pop.bizmail.yahoo.com', Server: 'smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP,
Server Response: '421 Service not available ; Closing transmission', Port:
465, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 421, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

so what to do,

Hi I,m the same since yesterday can,t send but can recieve emails,all my
settings are correct is it a problem on the server end.

"Service not available" means the mail server is down.
Call or email their support techs. Until it is fixed, you will have to use
an alternate SMTP server or webmail for sending
