I have 2 emails sitting in my outbox. Below is the message received. I have
Word 2007, Home Vista and my anti virus is Kaspersky. I have read previous
posts and have downloaded the 32 bit hotfix, restarted the computer and still
they won't send. Any other ideas?

correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.
The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Re:
project', Account: ........, Server: 'mail.bigpond.com', Protocol: SMTP,
Server Response: '553 austarnet.com.au does not exist', Port: 25,
