Can't send from windows mail using AT&T air card

For some reason I am not able to send emails when using my AT&T mobile device.
Any thoughts on this problem?
 
Do you get an error message? If so, copy it, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
