Can't send email

Q

Quin

I get an error message when I try to send an email.
MEssage is below. What should I do?

The message could not be sent because one of the
recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected email
address was '(e-mail address removed)'.
Subject 'Ann and Quin Scott', Account: 'pop-
server.mn.rr',Server:'smtp-server.mn.rr.com', Protocol:
SMTP, Server Response:'550 5.7.1
(e-mail address removed) denied', Port: 25,
Secuer (SSL):No, Server Error:550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

You need to set your server to authenticate when sending mail. Basically,
that message says you are trying to send mail from server a through server
b. Server b will not let you until you authenticate. Account
properties->Server tab. My server requires me to authenticate.
