can't send email

i can receive email but i can't send one. i have tried to change the settings
but nothing seems to be working.. the message displayed is the following..
can anyone help?


The connection to the server has failed. Subject '', Account:
'(e-mail address removed)', Server: 'outgoing.tee.gr', Protocol: SMTP, Port:
465, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I don't read Greek, so I can't verify your provider's recommended settings.
Are you sure the server outgoing.tee.gr supports port 465?
Try port 25 without SSL.
