cant send email.

when i try to send email, a little box pops up asking for microsoft mail
username an password. but my username that i know and password do not work.
and it does not have a place to click to retrieve password

Has Windows Mail ever worked for you?

You can test your username and password by logging in to your
provider's webmail. Let us know if that works.
