Cant send email

when i try to create mail i get an error message that says "There wa error
opening this message. There is not enough memory" ??????????
I have an empty deleted items box and there is bugger all in my inbox?!?!?!?!
 
That type of error is often caused by interference from a non-
compatible antivirus program. Which antivirus are you running?
As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus must be turned off,
although that may not be sufficient to eliminate all bad effects.
In a worst case scenario, your antivirus may need to be uninstalled.

If turning off your antivirus email scanning function does not resolve
your problem, consider upgrading to Windows Live Mail, because it
is less prone to suffering bad effects from overly intrusive antivirus
programs: http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview

when I try to send an e.mail.photo to my daughters e.mail which is correct
(e-mail address removed) the e.mail is rejected saying they cannot find
the e.mail I have used this e.mail. many of times before so Ino it is right
 
I checked that email address (e-mail address removed) just now
and it was functional. Not sure why you got that error message
unless it was a temporary mail server malfunction. If you get that
error again, right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into
a reply here. It will help our troubleshooting to see the exact and
complete error message.
