Ill try this again. I cant send email I keep getting this message. Ive
disabled my AVG email scanner, reset my account numerous times, still no
luck. I dont have any problem deleting the message from the outbox.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'test',
Account: 'mail.hughes.net', Server: 'smtp.hughes.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '554 5.7.1 <[email protected]>: Recipient address rejected: Access
denied', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number:
0x800CCC79

It may help prevent future problems to uninstall AVG, then do a custom
install
where you tell it to leave out the part that scans email.

However, this problem looks more like you have a link to that server that
crosses over from one internet provider's equipment to another's before
it reaches the server. If so, such connections to port 25 are often blocked
to cause problems for spammers. In such a case, you would need to ask
hughes.net if you can use any other port instead, and if so, the details of
switching to the other port. Just trying all the ports is a very slow way
to
find out - there are about 65,000 ports available.

Why not give the OP some real help, customized for his particular issue?

We have an excellent tutorial on Windows Mail issues. There may be
something in there that will help you. Here's the link:

I assume Hughes is your ISP. Usually this error means you are
trying to send from a connection other than your ISP.
Do you get the same error message regardless of which
recipient you send to, or is it just that one recipient?
